How difficult is it to install the unit ?

The device is relatively easy to install, but it is advised that it be installed by a qualified electrician. The device connects to the PCB via external CT-sensors whic is minimally invasive in nature, and does not require any wires that need to be cut.

What does it cost to install ?

Data reader (with 4 sensors): R2,500.00 | Installation fee: R1, 000.00 | Graphs and Views (p.month): R250.00

Do I need internet access in order to view my data ?

The device needs an active data connection over wi-fi in order to push data to the servers. The data is then viewed online.

What is the minimum and maximum amount of feeds that are available ?

Currently between 1 and 5 feeds per device are supported. This is only a device limitation, and has no theoretical upper limit.

On what size of current can the unit operate ?

The houesehold unit current transfor operates at a maximum of 30 Amps or approx 6600 watts (equivalent to about 2-3 geysers)
